Arts Deadlines List - a free monthly newsletter (via email) with 600-900 announcements listing art scholarships & grants, calls for proposals, fellowships, funding, and other opportunities (including some that take place on the web) for artists, art educators and art students of all ages.

Chronicle of Higher Education - features a searchable database of new grant and research announcements; subscription is required.  

The Council of Foundations - a membership organization that serves the public good by promoting and enhancing responsible and effective philanthropy.  

The Foundation Center - organization's mission is to support and improve philanthropy by promoting public understanding of the field and helping grant seekers succeed.  You can search for individual corporations or foundations.

Foundations Online - a directory of 100's of foundations and grant-makers.

Fundsnet Services - lists over 700 links to free funding resources.  

Grants.gov - an electronic store-front for Federal grants.

Grantsmanship Center - for more than 30 years, TGCI has provided grantsmanship training and grant information.

GrantsNet - a searchable, continuously updated, database of funding opportunities in biomedical research and science education that contains programs that offer training and research funding for graduate and medical students, postdoctoral fellows, and junior faculty, as well as programs in science, math, engineering, and technology for undergraduate faculty and students.  

Grantwriters.com - provides professional consulting, materials, and training for grant and proposal writing; packed with free info and links to major funding sources.
